Welcome to the BLS Ground Crew.
If you are here, you probably know the dirty secret of EMS: Advanced Life Support (ALS) doesn’t save lives if the Basic Life Support (BLS) is garbage.
We built this site because we were tired of the “Para-god” complex—the idea that unless you are dropping tubes and pushing meds, you aren’t doing “real” medicine. That attitude kills patients.
This platform is for the EMT student, the AEMT, and the Paramedic who knows that mastery is in the fundamentals.
What You Will Find Here
We are building a video archive of scenarios, skills, and drills that cut through the textbook fluff.
- Scenario Breakdowns: We take real calls—not the perfect worlds you see in your NREMT exams—and break down the decision-making process.
- The “Why”: We don’t just teach you how to apply a traction splint; we teach you the physiology of why it works and when it fails.
- Zero Ego: We highlight mistakes. We discuss failures. We learn from them.
Who This Is For
- Students: If you are drowning in coursework, this is your lifeline.
- Instructors: Steal our scenarios. Use our videos. Better training helps us all.
- Providers: If you want to sharpen your edge, welcome aboard.
